Below is the 2012 PUG President Introduction:
“Allow me to express my gratitude to all who attended the 2011 Phoenix User Group conference. I commend the diligent efforts of the outgoing president Mr. Walter Tutor, for leading this user group in the right direction. The ABM staff has done a remarkable job in maintaining and continuously enhancing a fine product that benefits us all. As alarm monitoring applications become a ubiquitous tool in the workplace, more end-user involvement is needed. Because of this growing need, we are strongly encouraging your participation in PUG 2012. In order to get the ball rolling, we are seeking your opinion on various ideas presented in this newsletter. I strongly support the idea of moving the user group conference to Las Vegas next year and strongly encourage great participation in making this a reality. Please feel free to e-mail me or sign up under the new PUG Forum for more discussion.
Thanks to all of you who played an integral part in voting me in as your new 2011/2012 president. Congratulations to the new officers Joe Polizzi and Carl Burwell, and to the current user group, I look forward to working with you as always.
