MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS FOR

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED HARDWARE/SOFTWARE

Dated:  05/04/2011

Requirements reflect minimal configurations for Phoenix and/or SignalSafe and all add-on modules.   All hardware components must be listed on the Microsoft Hardware Compatibility List for Windows 2000.  High account or signal volume may require more robust hardware (if more that 3000 accounts or over 7500 signals a month). Contact ABM for configuration suggestions.  Signal Safe can be installed on either the minimum Server or Client specifications.

* Servers must accommodate each Phoenix/Signal Safe receiver license with a serial port.  If all ports will be used by other applications/peripherals, and redundant systems,  ABM recommends the Digiport Servers for port expansion.  A Digiport Server must be installed on the network and requires a separate IP address.

Note:  Single workstation systems (customers using the Server as the only workstation) must use Server Specifications.   Server must have internal speaker or soundcard.
